I started my journey at Increff as a QA intern and grew into roles as an SDET, SDE, and now a pod lead. What stood out from the beginning was the environment, transparent, supportive, and highly driven. Teams consistently collaborate, experiment, and improve workflows to save time for both clients and internal teams. Increff invested in my growth through load testing courses and a Test Tribe Finer Circle subscription, helping strengthen automation and scalability. I was also exposed to AI through an internal hackathon, building solutions using n8n, OpenAI APIs, and Notion APIs. With full ownership, a no-blame culture, and strong leadership, I feel a deep sense of responsibility, belonging, and fulfillment in the work I do every day.
