Search Returns

Summary

This module is to search the uploaded returns for a selected marketplace, time period and status of returns i.e. whether it’s new or it is already processed. You can search the returns for a marketplace using ForwardOrderId, ReturnOrderId & TrackingId (AWB no)/PacketId of the returned product. You can track the returns for each transporter for the selected filters. For returns processed orders you can also see which product got returned and whether its QC was pass/fail, with reason.

Filter Parameters

You can search returns based on either 

Set 1

  • Start Date: Only data between start-date and end-date (both dates included) will be considered for searching returns. You can also use it to search returns data for Diwali, Christmas, Black Friday period, etc.
  • End Date: Only data between the start date and the end date (both dates included) will be considered for searching returns. You can also use it to search returns data for Diwali, Christmas, Black Friday period, etc.
  • Status: You can search New / Processed Returns
    • New – Returns that have not been processed (not scanned for QC pass/fail)
    • Processed – Returns that have been processed (scanned for QC pass/fail)
    • Expired – Returns that have been expired (not scanned for QC pass/fail till the Return Closure Setting threshold is reached)
  • Sales Channel: This represents your sales channels. E.g. Myntra, Amazon, Alibaba, EBO (exclusive brand outlets), Costco (a partner chain), etc.

  • Sales Channel: This represents your sales channels. E.g. Myntra, Amazon, Alibaba, EBO (exclusive brand outlets), Costco (a partner chain), etc.
  • Search Parameter : ForwardOrderId, ReturnOrderId or TrackingId (PacketId or AWB no). On selecting one of them, another field will appear
  • Enter the ForwardOrderId, ReturnOrderId or Tracking Id/Packet Id no. based on which you want to search the returns

Output

You get to see the following details by searching returns for the selected filters

  • ID,ForwardOrderID, ReturnOrderId, Client Name, Sales Channel, TrackingId, Transporter
  • To see return item details within this ID, click on the ID – ProductID, Qc Status, Reason, Item Status will be displayed in the output
