Reports

Summary

Build in reports to get insights for your returns. This gives you a complete visibility of your returns. It helps in tracking what got returned, in how much quantity, when and why did it return. Being more conscientious of consumer behavior can help mitigate the risk of both returns and chargebacks. Brands can use these reports to create detection and prevention strategies that can positively impact their bottom line. They can raise SPF claims with the marketplace. Design team will also get insights on what not to produce.

There is an option to choose Time Zone from the selected dropdown. This allows you to download reports in the selected Time Zone 

Processed Item Report

Summary

Report for processed returned items – Items that have been marked as QC Pass, Fail, Refurbishable along with other details

Filter Parameters

You can download the report based on these filters. Start Date and End Date are mandatory. Rest parameters are optional

  • Start Date : Only data between start-date and end-date (both dates included) will be considered
  • End Date : Only data between start-date and end-date (both dates included) will be considered
  • Sales Channel : Sales channel. E.g. Myntra, Amazon, Alibaba, EBO (exclusive brand outlets), Costco (a partner chain) etc.
  • QC Status : QC Pass/QC Fail Status 
  • Client : Any Client Alias
  • Brand : Any Brand
  • Sub Brand : Any Sub Brand within a Brand

  • CHANNEL_FORWARD_ORDER_DATE represents the day return product was purchased on the sales channel
  • QC_DATE represents the day returned product is processed (QCed)
  • RETURN_CREATION_DATE is the date return is created on the sales channel
  • SYSTEM_CREATED_DATE is the date returns expectation is pushed to the system (Upload Returns is done)

SPF Claims Report

Summary

For all QC_FAIL items under the Processed Item Report, the warehouse team sends the report to the financial team and seller account handling team of client/brand. The seller account handling team of the brand will raise SPF claims in the marketplace seller panels for QC_FAIL items manually (seller account handling team to decide for which reasons SPF claims can be raised).

Complete QC Pending Report

Summary

Report for items where the entire orders are yet to be processed.

You can download the report based on these filters. Start Date and End Date are mandatory. Rest parameters are optional

  • Start Date : Only data between start-date and end-date (both dates included) will be considered
  • End Date : Only data between start-date and end-date (both dates included) will be considered
  • Sales Channel : Sales channel. E.g. Myntra, Amazon, Alibaba, EBO (exclusive brand outlets), Costco (a partner chain) etc.
  • Client : Any Client Alias
  • Brand : Any Brand
  • Sub Brand : Any Sub Brand within a Brand

Report for items where items are unprocessed until return closure days (specified by client). These items are marked as expired

  • End Date : Only data between start-date and end-date (both dates included) will be considered

Summary

Report for extra items where physically returned products are received but there are no return expectations against these. 

Filter Parameters

You can download the report based on these filters. Start Date and End Date are mandatory. Rest parameters are optional

  • Start Date : Only data between start-date and end-date (both dates included) will be considered
  • End Date : Only data between start-date and end-date (both dates included) will be considered
  • Branded : Lets you choose only branded items or both brand and non branded items
  • Processed : Let you choose only processed items or both processed and unprocessed

Summary

Report for items where the return expectations is coming in through ERP integration but there are no product masters for the same.

  • Sales Channel : Sales channel. E.g. Myntra, Amazon, Alibaba, EBO (exclusive brand outlets), Costco (a partner chain) etc.
