Q. How to fill in the details required for Invoicing?

After completion of the FREE trial period (2 months), users will be blocked from accessing the ReturnsJini tool, if the billing details have not been updated.

The detailed steps to fill-in the billing details are as follows:

  • Login to your account from the ReturnsJini home page.
  • From the navigation bar, select Admin > Billing.
  • You will be redirected to Increff Billing (services.increff.com/billing)
  • Go to Billing Settings (select from the sidebar)
  • There are two subsections, Billing Contact Details and Billing Details.
    • In the Billing Contact Details, enter the details of the point of contact from your organization.
    • In the Billing Details, enter details of your company.
  • Click on submit. You are done!

Q. When does an invoice get generated?

Invoice will be generated on the 1st of the month for the previous month. There will be a period of 2 months from the date of invoice generation, within which payments are expected to be done.

Failure in payment within 2 months will move the invoice to “Overdue” status and access to ReturnsJini will be restricted.

No invoice will be generated for the trial period (first TWO MONTHS).

Q. How do I complete the payment for an invoice?

Our billing service has been integrated with Razorpay which offers a host of payment methods.

Razorpay is a PCI DSS and ISO:27001 compliant payment solution that uses the highest assurance SSL/TLS certificate, which makes sure that no unauthorized person can access your sensitive payment data over the internet.

The detailed steps to complete a payment:

  • Login to your account from the ReturnsJini home page.
  • From the navigation bar, select Admin > Billing.
  • You will be redirected to Increff Billing (services.increff.com/billing)
  • Click on “Pay Now” from the sidebar.
  • The pop-up will contain the pending amount for your domain.
    [Note: We also support partial payments. An invoice will be “Paid”, only if the total amount of the invoice is paid.]
  • Click on Pay. This will open a Razorpay pop-up.
  • Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
  • You can view your payment receipt under Transaction History in Increff Billing.

Q. What is the pricing for ReturnsJini ?

ReturnsJini has a flat pricing policy/month.

Q. Why is the amount on my invoice different from what is mentioned in the pricing policy?

This can happen due to the following reasons:

  • 18% GST is applicable to the price mentioned for Indian customers. Flat fee of INR 30,000 includes GST
  • Billing starts from the day your trial period ends. For e.g., if you signed up on Mar 15, you will be billed from May 15. So, on Jun 1, you will be billed for May 16 to May 31. The amount charged for a month will be in the ratio of number of days billed to the total number of days in that month
