Warehouse Master: Contains the list of different Warehouses with the assigned IDs

Warehouse Store Category Map: Defines the list of relevant warehouses from which Stock can be sent to every Store+ Category combination and the priority

Style Freshness Status: Defines the Channel level style status (FRESH, OLD and RESERVED) along with the reserve percentage

RUN_DATE | Product run date for which the entries are populated |
STATUS | Denotes if a Style is Fresh/Old/Reserve. Styles with status as ‘Reserve’ will be reverted by IRIS to ‘Fresh’ if the style is not visible in GIT, Open orders on the run date or in-store inventory between run date and last updated date of the style Styles with status as ‘Reserve’ will be converted to ‘Old’ if the last updated date against the style is more than 45 days from the run date. This is done so that the reserve quantity is not blocked for longer duration and if there are no replenishments happening in this style because it is a bad seller, it can be sent to other stores |
SKU Fulfillment Qty: Actual Qty fulfilled for the replenishment of every channel from the warehouse.

QUANTITY | Replenishment quantity actually dispatched from the warehouse. It will be compared against the replenishment quantity suggested by IRIS to adjust the reserve pool accordingly. If IRIS suggested replenishment of 3 units in Style 1, Size S to Store 1 from warehouse id 1, but the warehouse disptached only 2 units, then the leftout 1 quantity will be added back to the replenishment pool. |
Max Allowed SKU depth: Defines the Maximum allowed quantity in Pivotal and Non-pivotal SKUs for every Store+ Category+ Sub Category combinations
Style Level Merchandise Tagging: This input is used to override the existing season of a style for a given channel. Relevant in the cases where the Brand wants to allocate only a subset of the styles for a particular Channel
Story Style List: Story/Collection name against the list of style codes which are part of the distribution run
Store Category Min Options: Minimum number of options required in each category for every store within a story/collection. The distribution will happen only if there are enough healthy options in both store and warehouse together in a particular category + story/collection
Store Category combination priority: The combination of categories that are allowed to be dispatched to a store in a story/theme/collection in case all the categories of the story/collection are not available. The priority defined here does not play any role in the order in which the combinations are dispatched
