Boost Store Productivity by Analyzing Local Demands with Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Exclude dispatches of specific article store combinations based on business requirements – higher MRP articles going only to flagship stores, etc.
  • Meet capacity defined at the store category level by sending the nearest replacement articles (mapped from defined attribute groups) in case of unavailability of required articles at the store.
  • Increase store capacity norms in a differentiated manner across stores based on targets for the forward months
  • Suggest replenishments to regional warehouses/distribution centers/dark stores basis true ROS and cover required at warehouses
